I’m Eamon F. I’m an engineer working across technology and industry.
My background is in mechatronics engineering. Since then I’ve worked in consulting and across enterprise technology, mostly on problems that sit between industrial operations, business change, architecture and new technology.
I’m especially interested in what AI means for manufacturing, maintenance, field service, supply chains and other asset-heavy industries. I’m less interested in the hype than in the practical questions: where it fits, what has to change around it, and whether it actually makes things better.
This site is where I keep longer ideas, project notes and things I’m learning.
